Why do we suffer in silence, especially in our places of work, when really if we were honest with one another about any concerns, difficulties, issues; consequently, misunderstandings easily arise and cause so much distress when realistically it could have been avoided.  So much time is wasted through this uncertain environment, so consider the alternative, how liberating and empowering a business could be if there was a more supportive model in place.  Productivity would be up and absenteeism would most certainly be down.
